I might be more interested in how good of a coach is Mamadou N’Diaye. Did we offer him a significantly over market salary? Our low post coaching hasn’t been all that great, if he’s more a player handler, probably not ideal.Comment

That's not what I was driving at. Adams was still on the staff when Thiam entered the portal. Per Chad Brendel, CWM didn't want Adams to leave. Had he stayed, N'Diyae wouldn't have been coming here (and, likely, Thiam). This is in response to UCF followers' claims that UC tampered with Thiam before he entered the portal. While N'Diyae may have shopped his protege here (as he apparently did all over the place), there was no opening for the coach. UC did not initiate any contact.Originally posted by D.A.H.
