Connor was released by the Eagles this morning. Today is the first day of the NFL fiscal year so this was probably a cost cutting move by Philly.

I'm pretty sure he'll get picked up by someone looking for an edge rusher. He's only 30. Probably has a few years left in the tank. He does so much off the field with charity work that I always feel bad for the city he's in when he leaves.Brent Wyrick

Connor Barwin has signed with the Los Angeles Rams, rejoining the Rams' new defensive coordinator, Wade Phillips.
He should be more effective as a line backer in Phillips’ 3-4 defense instead of being a defensive lineman like he was last season after Philadelphia's switch to a 4-3 defense.
Good luck to Conner.

The Enquirer is reporting that Barwin and the Giants have parted ways. I have no idea if Barwin is comtemplating retirement but it seems like it's about time for him to think about it from my perspective. His last two stops have been one year deals. He's been in the league for 10 years if you want to feel old.

To my coaches, teammates, fans, and family - thank you all! It was a honor to compete on Sundays for the last ten years. Houston, Philadelphia, LA, and New York - couldn’t have dreamed of a better journey. Thank you for the good times and all the support! ✌🏼98".Brent Wyrick
