This is to anyone who has the ear of the administration and sports department. Request that 5/3rd opens up at 10:30 for a football bowl party before the La Salle game. Show the game, have half off beer and food. show appreciations to the fans. Just kidding because I would not go but rather, I will go to my own watering hole and have wings.

“It is at the coach’s discretion,” an NCAA compliance source explained. “It might be weird, but going into the portal does not automatically remove a player from the eligible roster, though many schools wouldn’t play the player.”Originally posted by Bearcat Chris View PostTwo questions: 1. Can guys in the portal still play, like PK Coe? 2. What receivers do we still have available?

The college football transfer portal has only been around in its current, immediate-eligibility form for two cycles now, but it already feels like an ingrained part of the

Here's the WR Room. Tucker opted out. Bermudez, Thompson, Mardner are in the portal and I'm not entirely sure if Burroughs is available or not. If he is you've got Tyler Scott, Will Pauling, Drew Donley, Blue Smith and Chris Scott in addition. To my knowledge Fischer and Koller are PWOs but Fischer has seen the field this year.Originally posted by Bearcat Chris View PostTwo questions: 1. Can guys in the portal still play, like PK Coe? 2. Yes if he wants to and the coaches give him permission.Originally posted by Bearcat Chris View PostMardner was highly overrated, although he did make a couple of nice catches this year. Can Coe participate at our PK, even though he is in the portal?

It would seem like he'd have a real chance... I'm still trying to figure out what happened here. He was something like the #39 recruit nationally in the 2018 class (Rivals.com) and he has 5 career catches. What is the issue?Originally posted by Greg7173 View PostWondering if this is Blue Smith's chance to get on the field for some extended playing time. He's been almost invisible since his much heralded transfer from Ohio State.
