Not really. In one sense, it's lateral (both AAC), but UNT have outperformed Tulane (per KenPom) by a great distance for at least the past six seasons. It has to be easier to recruit to a school near DFW than it is to Tulane, whose facilities are underwhelming, including a gym that seats fewer than 4K fans. UNT is a large state university (40K students), while Tulane is a great academic institution that is at a disadvantage as a private school in attracting basketball talent.Originally posted by Lobot View PostComment
