According to 247, Jizzle James ranks 5th and Rayvon Griffth ranks 7th among all UC recruits in the last 20 years. Impressive recruiting by Wes and staff; hope both players have successful careers at UC, with many more top 50-75 (or higher) recruits to come.

A lot of good names and a few headscratchers on the list. I'd forgotten about Roy Bright.Last edited by BigDaddyCornHusker; 05-04-2023, 07:01 PM.

I want to point out that Brandon’s podcast is about mental health in sports. Feel free to support this issue by listening to the podcast. He’s had some really good guests so far.Originally posted by GoBearcats31 View PostWes a guest on the newest episode of Brandon Saho (former WLWT sports reporter) podcast http://youtu.be/MBrcCM7Ex8s

Not sure the best place for this, so I am putting in the Wes thread
National Signing Day: 7 college basketball programs with 'sneaky good' recruiting classes
https://247sports.com/college/basket...34160/#2295664
CINCINNATI BEARCATS
National Rank: No. 25 in the industry-generated 247Sports Composite Team Rankings
This Class: Tyler Betsey (No. 40) and Tyler McKinley (No. 67)
Overview: Wes Miller has brought in a pair of "Tylers" to make a positive impact in the Bearcats' second year of Big 12 play.
Judging by how Daniel Skillings has developed over the past 18 months, Tyler Betsey made a terrific decision by choosing a program that will maximize his long-term tools. While his main mission will be adding more weight and strength to his frame, Betsey will be thrown into the fire early as a stretch four who can straight-line drive the basketball.
Tyler McKinley is the local grab who is proven as a winning catalyst inside. He prioritizes the glass and is a terrific passer from different areas on the floor. McKinley plays the game with a winning mindset and is a team-first guy who is more than capable of elevating the play of those around him from the five-man spot.
